Answer: Simply remove the unit put it in a box and call us, we’ll even pay to have it returned!
Question: How many returns have you had?
Answer: We have only one returned unit in the past 2 years, and that was due to improper installation. Even though it wasn’t an issue with IntelliJacks, we promptly refunded the full purchase price.
